4. Right to Cancel & Returns

We comply fully with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Standard Items: You have the right to cancel and return standard stock warehouse items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be brand new, completely un-assembled, and in original retail packaging.
  • Exemptions: Due to their specialized nature, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive structurally damaged:
    Bespoke & Custom Furniture: Any furniture, bed frame, or headboard customized or built specifically to your requested colors, fabric selections, or dimensions.
    Hygiene & Sealed Items: Mattresses, pillows, and fabric mattress protectors once their protective sealed plastic packaging wrap has been opened or unsealed.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged from transit, you must contact us at [Insert Your Email Here] within 24 hours with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or full refund.

5. No Restocking Fees

In the event of an eligible return, Family Furniture Ltd charges £0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for the return shipping and collection courier costs for "change of mind" returns on eligible items. If an exchange is made for the exact same item model in an alternative size layout, return logistics are provided free of charge.

6. Governing Law
