1. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £).

VAT/Taxes: All product prices listed on our store are fully inclusive of UK VAT at the standard rate. The price you see on the product page is the final price of the item. There are no unexpected fees or hidden handling surcharges added at checkout.

Checkout Total: The final total shown on the payment page before you complete your order will consist solely of the VAT-inclusive product price and any applicable flat-rate shipping fee (£29.99 for orders under £500, or Free Shipping for orders over £500).

Family Furniture does not store, host, or have access to your full credit or debit card details. All payments are securely routed and processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway providers.

4. Payment Authorisation & Security Checks

All orders are subject to payment authorisation and security checks by your card issuer. To protect our customers against online fraud, we may perform standard verification checks during the checkout process. If your payment is declined or fails authorisation, we will be unable to process or dispatch your order until a successful, authorised payment is received.

5. Order Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your payment at checkout, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email containing your receipt, order number, and itemised breakdown. Once confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

6. Refund Payments

In the event of an approved return or order cancellation, your refund will always be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. We cannot issue refunds to alternative cards or bank accounts.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process and release your refund after it has been approved. Depending on your bank, card company, or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
